Fehmarn is the sunniest island in the Baltic Sea in Germany and is one of the most popular holiday destinations for this very reason. Kilometres of beaches and fine sand invite you to sunbathe, swim, romp and relax. There are also quiet beech trees and unspoilt cliffs that add to the island's charm. All of this is within easy reach of the youth hostel in Fehmarn and there are also many excursion options.
