In the self-assertion and self-defence courses, you can learn and practise how to recognise threatening situations and how to behave correctly, what you can do in conflict situations and which strategies you can use to avoid conflicts. You will learn how to behave when you are asked to do something that you don't actually want to do. You will have the opportunity to try out your own strength and practise self-defence techniques. We want to support you in appearing more self-confident and self-assured in everyday life.
