Information event "Separation/Divorce"

The lecture is intended to give a general overview of the legal problems to be expected on the occasion of a separation or divorce. Information will be provided on the divorce proceedings, child and spousal maintenance, custody and access rights, as well as equalisation of gains and pension rights.
