Social security advice
Social security advice
The district is happy to provide information on all social insurance matters and offers to jointly file applications, especially for statutory pension insurance. It assists in obtaining evidence and forwards applications ready for a decision. This ensures rapid processing by the competent benefit provider.
In principle, all social security documents or proofs are required for the application. Since the working life of an insured person almost always has individual characteristics, it is not possible to generalise which documents have to be submitted in detail. Especially since different documents and records have to be examined depending on the type of benefit.
These documents can be important:
- Valid identity card or passport
- Health insurance card
- If required, power of attorney with identity card or passport of the authorised representative
- Birth certificates of the children
- Marriage certificate
- Death certificate
- Divorce decree
- Severely disabled person's certificate or identity card
- Expellee ID or late repatriate certificate
- Insurance history or pension information
- Pension notices
- Current pension adjustment notices
- Rejection notices
- Training certificate
- Evidence of unemployment
- Evidence of periods of illness and sickness benefit receipt
- Evidence of hospitalisation
- Evidence of stays at a health resort
- Name and address of the attending physicians
- Tax identification number
- IBAN - No.
- Foreign insurance documents
