The support of people entitled to benefits in social insurance is the task of the insurance offices as defined by the Social Code. Their position is neutral and unbound vis-à-vis the insurance providers. On this basis, the Waldeck-Frankenberg district provides information in all matters of social insurance and takes up corresponding applications, especially in statutory pension insurance.
