Limited availability of the district administration on 28 November
Due to a company outing, there may be limited availability in the administrative offices of the Waldeck-Frankenberg district on Thursday, 28 November. Citizens are asked to take this into account when dealing with their concerns.
In concrete terms, this means that the information desk in the Korbach district building will be staffed from 8 am to 4 pm. The information desk in the Frankenberg administrative centre on Bahnhofstraße will not be staffed. The telephone switchboard on 05631 - 1954-0 will be available as normal from 8 am to 4 pm. The registration and driving licence offices in Frankenberg will also be closed; the offices in Korbach will be open for customers with an appointment. No personal appointments are possible at the Immigration Department on this day. Requests can be sent by email to auslaenderwesen@lkwafkb.de. In addition, the employees of the specialised services Women and Equal Opportunities and Law, Municipal Supervision, Order, Trade & Social Security will not be available on this day.
All other specialised services are staffed, albeit to a limited extent, so that telephone or e-mail responses may be delayed slightly. In addition, personal appointments are not as fully possible as usual. The district's online services are of course available without restriction.
