Customer satisfaction survey launched in the transport department

How does the online appointment system work? Are there any improvements you would like to see when registering vehicles or applying for driving licences? And how satisfied are citizens overall with the service provided by the transport department? The district would like to evaluate this in a survey that starts on 1 December.

Survey via tablets
To this end, tablets will be set up in the entrance areas of the registration offices in Korbach and Frankenberg, which can be used to rate the service provided by the traffic department quickly, easily and with just a few clicks after a visit - anonymously and without entering any personal data. This form of data collection enables the district to receive immediate feedback from customers and to respond promptly to suggestions, praise or criticism. In this way, the district would like to obtain feedback from citizens - in order to make targeted adjustments where there may still be room for improvement.

Taking suggestions, improving processes
"We want to constantly improve the service we provide," emphasises District Administrator Jürgen van der Horst. "We can only do this if we are aware of the hurdles and gather suggestions from citizens. This feedback is invaluable to us." The district's transport department therefore wants to start collecting the data. "We want to use people's feedback to simplify and improve processes even further. This saves time and effort - for citizens and for us as an administration."

The survey starts in December and runs until 16 May. You can take part not only via the tablets in the registration and driving licence offices in Frankenberg and Korbach - but also online from the comfort of your own home. It only takes a few minutes and covers various aspects of the services offered, such as the friendliness of the staff, waiting times and general satisfaction with the services. The district of Waldeck-Frankenberg is hoping for lively participation in order to obtain a comprehensive picture of opinions. The results of the survey will be analysed and will help to develop measures to improve quality.
