Immigration department closed from 27 to 31 May
Due to a changeover of an IT system, the specialist service for foreigners of the district of Waldeck-Frankenberg will be closed from 27 to 31 May. Unfortunately, no appointments with customers can take place during this time. The district asks for your understanding.
New specialised application
The foreigners authorities throughout Hesse are currently receiving a new specialised application from the municipal IT service provider ekom21. The district of Waldeck-Frankenberg will be ready at the end of May. Due to the technical changeover, processes cannot take place as usual. The Foreigners Department will therefore be closed to customers from Monday 27 to Friday 31 May inclusive. Everything should be back to normal on Monday 3 June.
During the week in which the Foreigners' Registration Office is closed, no customers can be received. It is therefore not possible to make appointments during this time - neither analogue nor digital. Afterwards, however, this will be possible again as normal.
