Holidays on Sylt: district offers leisure activities for single parents
Unwind, relax by the sea, be active: This year, the district is once again offering a holiday on Sylt for single parents - from 28 July to 4 August. Those interested can register until 1 June.
Relaxing on Sylt
In the middle of the dunes between Kampen and List, nestled quietly in the countryside, lies the Kassel district youth lake home on Sylt. Mums and dads can relax here with their children and unwind - but also take advantage of the numerous activities, games, sports and nature on offer. The holiday for single parents from the district will take place there again this year.
The participation fee for the North Sea holiday for single parents is 395 euros for adults, young people aged 15 to 17 pay 320 euros, children aged 6 to 14 280 euros and children aged 3 to 5 165 euros. No participation fee is charged for children under the age of three. The fee includes accommodation, meals, visitor's tax, programme and travel to and from Kassel by Deutsche Bahn. Single parents with a low income can receive a subsidy.
