Hessencampus Qualification Programme: Certificates handed over
The Hessencampus Waldeck-Frankenberg made a very special offer to companies in the first half of 2023, which was gratefully accepted by numerous participants. Under the title "Qualification programme for professional training coordination", interested parties were able to undergo further training to become training coordinators. District Administrator Jürgen van der Horst now presented the certificates for successful participation in the programme to 11 new training coordinators.
"Structured, future-oriented training is the be-all and end-all for any company that wants to establish itself successfully on the market in the long term," the district administrator reminded the certified persons of an important maxim in his address. Not only imparting core competences, but above all making use of the possibilities of digitalisation and the use of artificial intelligence is becoming increasingly important in this context. "And we must not forget that in our fast-moving present, the half-life of knowledge is constantly decreasing," and what was highly praised as a current innovation just a few weeks ago is often already outdated. This is where the training coordinators in the companies come in.
District Administrator van der Horst also congratulated the representatives of the companies who gave their employees time off to attend the seminar and financed the training as an investment in the future. He hoped that the participants would stay in touch and maintain the same intensive exchange as they had done during the training. In conclusion, the District Administrator expressed the wish that, after the two participating medium-sized centres, the other cities and municipalities in the district would now also participate in the qualification programme if the Hessencampus offered it again. Strengthening public administration in this way would ultimately contribute to even more citizen friendliness and customer satisfaction.
