Life's challenges and the current crises in which we find ourselves always offer the opportunity to focus on our own lives and health. Personal challenges invite us to rethink and take people out of their comfort zone. After all, as the old saying goes, there is an opportunity in every crisis. But how can these opportunities be recognised and seized?
One way in which this can be achieved is through resilience: the ability to withstand crises in general, life crises, illness and general stress. Resilience is not just inner strength, but ultimately the ability to lead oneself and take responsibility for shaping one's own life according to one's own abilities and values.
On 21 November 2023 in the online seminar, self-help activists and those interested in self-help will find out how strong their mental immune system is. They will try out approaches to develop their resilience with the aim of being able to cope with their own crises in a more relaxed and focussed way in the future. The speaker is Ms Britta Ellger-Lehr, NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) Master, certified health and mental counsellor, fitness trainer and psychotherapist in accordance with the German Alternative Practitioners Act with her own practice in Bickenbach.
