Frankenau Health Centre: Commercial space for rent
A few weeks ago, the construction of the health centre in Frankenau started with a groundbreaking ceremony. The new building for the interdisciplinary facility is scheduled to be ready by the end of 2024 - and in the future will house various service providers from the health sector to provide centralised and patient-oriented health care for people from the surrounding area. There is currently still space available for rent in the centre. Interested parties are welcome to contact us.
So far, a general practitioner's office, a nursing centre, a pharmacy, a physiotherapy practice and a dentist's office are planned for the health centre in Frankenau. However, the free space can also be used for other medical care. Other service providers from the medical, nursing, social or therapeutic fields are welcome to rent space in the centre.
Rooms are available on the first floor of the centre with an area of about 280 square metres. Potential tenants could also still express planning wishes regarding the concrete division of the premises at this point in time. Moreover, the 280 square metres do not have to be used in their entirety. Depending on the service provider and demand, it is also possible to divide the space into smaller units. The town of Frankenau is the landlord. The aim of the project is to secure health care in the Waldeck-Frankenberg district in the long term. The accommodation of different actors from the health care sector creates synergies and is an additional service for the citizens, who can find the different providers united at one location.
