County offers special vaccination campaigns from 13 to 18 September
Under the motto #HierWirdGeimpft, the sleeves will be rolled up once again throughout Germany in the coming week to offer spontaneous and uncomplicated vaccinations in many places. Although the Waldeck-Frankenberg vaccination centre will have to close at the end of September following a decision by the state of Hesse, the district still wants to participate in the campaign - and is now offering initial vaccinations again from 13 to 18 September.
From 13 to 18 September, those who decide at short notice can come to the vaccination centre on the Hauer in Korbach every day from 2 to 6 p.m. without registration and get immunised. On Monday 13 and Saturday 18 September, the centre will open its doors at 8.30 in the morning. "With this special vaccination campaign, we would once again like to give all those who want to be vaccinated the opportunity to pick up their vaccination protection quickly and unbureaucratically," says District Administrator Dr. Reinhard Kubat. "In doing so, we have also paid special attention to ensuring that the times are employee-friendly and also fit in well for interested schoolchildren." Together with the First District Commissioner and Head of the Health Department, Karl-Friedrich Frese, he once again calls on everyone to take advantage of this low-threshold service.
If possible, you should bring your health insurance card and your yellow vaccination card with you to the vaccination so that the vaccination can be entered there. The vaccinated persons will receive information about the second vaccination appointment on site at the vaccination centre.
