District seeks buyer for Sachsenhausen primary school

The Sachsenhausen primary school building is to be sold. The district of Waldeck-Frankenberg is currently looking for a buyer in a bidding process.

The plot size is 5,869 square metres and the total usable floor space of the building, including the basement, is around 1,296 m². A possible handover date would be 1 November this year. The minimum bid is 330,000 euros. Interested parties have until 1 August this year to submit a binding bid in a sealed envelope, stating the purpose "Sachsenhausen primary school", to the central submission office in the Korbach district hall (Südring 2, 34497 Korbach) in room 228 on the first floor.
