Theatre Week from 6 to 11 May

In 2024, the Korbach Theatre Week - the oldest amateur play festival still in existence in Germany - will take place again - and then for the 75th time. The theatre festival consists of three pillars: The performances as a forum for all forms of expression on stage, the discussions that directly follow the performances as a joint attempt to analyse what has been performed, and the workshops in which a presentation is developed to conclude the theatre week.

For groups, the cost of participation is 75 euros per person. This includes accommodation, meals, season tickets for the performances and workshop participation. For individual participants, the cost is 100 euros per person (reduced rate 50 euros for pupils, pensioners and students). This includes workshop participation and season tickets for the performances. Accommodation and meals can be arranged.
